This company is horrible, I would put no stars if I could. The management plays favorites between departments and has no knowledge of the products they take on. Entire teams are left struggling to grasp information that constantly changes and then they get penalized for it. They have no training and no support for their employees. After struggling for 3 months to grasp inconsistent information during a horrific training period they fired almost the entire department. Management speaks to you like a dog and the operations manager blatantly tells you he doesn’t care what you think or how you feel. Worst place I have ever worked. The Wilkes barre branch of this job is horrible and it was the biggest mistake I have made deciding to accept employment here.
