I paid the service fees on May 27th. They sent me a confirmation that the money is received and the translation will be ready in 7-10 days. Today is June 23rd. Still no updates from them. I am sending them requests for update every day, but they don’t respond. Poorest service ever. I need my money back to be able to pay to another translator, who can get the job done.

I paid for nothing 94 , the worst experience ever!
Told me they were going to call me with some info I requested, I never got the call back.
They’ll reply your emails like if they does not have nothing else to do, but if you ask them to make just a small correction, you’d better take a chair and sit while they wait days just to send you the same thing or something even worse with no sense. I don’t know what the problem is, my translation just needed two words to be perfect, apparently for them that was impossible.
Truly the worst experience with a translation company I’ve ever had. All that was required of this company was to translate my college diploma and my academic transcript—the latter consisting of only 4 pages (two with content). While reviewing the draft of the translation, I noticed that there still remained a word in Spanish (this could easily have been avoided through the use of spell-check or through a peer-review process). While I found this error to be somewhat embarrassing given the price tag of the translation, I continued to give this company the benefit of the doubt (none among us are perfect). I then replied to the translator to correct the overlooked Spanish word and to also make some minor adjustments regarding the replacement of several words in a title. These requests seemed easy enough to me. When the translator returned a new draft to me with the requested changes, one instance of the word I asked to change had been replaced, but there yet remained the same word in another section of the documents. This is basic translating: if you change a word in a title, and that title appears again in the same set of documents, do your due diligence and change the word again in the later title. The worst part regarding this attempt at consistency is not that it lasted an afternoon, but that it took several business days simply to change a single word—a word that should have been changed in the beginning.
Great turn-around time and service. Made a stressful process easy.
