A! A!

They aren't open on weekends. And, now they close at 6pm m-f. And, sometimes they close the pharmacy a little earlier between 5:30p-5:45pm. Other pharmacies business hours have returned to regular hours since the pandemic. The pharmacy have good sales on non medication items. The pharmacist Sometimes have a moody and threatening personality. I give 3 stars for this reason.

First time here, very disappointing, I would give less than zero if it was possible, brought in a prescription for my dad for a Knee brace on December 20th, 2018, was told about the process to fill the prescription which was just two steps supposedly and that I would receive a call, I waited considering it was close to the holidays, tired of waiting, I called on January 2nd, 2019, and was told step 1 the doctor has not send some letter in order for the insurance to approve. Then I receive a call on January 8th, 2019, only to say that I should go back to the hospital again to see if I can get the doctor to give me the letter, extremely frustrated at this point, went back today to pick the actual prescription to take it somewhere else and they made me wait almost 30mins just to return my dads prescription. Because the girl that received my prescription and the one that seems to be In charge of handling and processing these type of prescriptions was not there and was not answering her texts or calls, and I kept hearing them make excuses for her to other patients there, I also while there heard them actually contact this person and it seems she was asleep. Great employee (NOT) And I want to say that an entire establishment shouldn’t get blamed for a horrible employee, however they should be hiring better personnel.
