Every 6th months for the past 4 years I've needed to use this company to assist with scheduling appointments. Every 6th months it's a frustrating experience. Every 6th months my appointments get scheduled when I'm literally down to the wire and there are no appointments left at a facility near my job. I wish I could just schedule my own appointments. There is no point to this institution other then causing unneeded stress and frustration. This month takes the cake in my frustration level.

I’ve been working with this company for 3 years. It’s located in Tampa. They have great pay and great benefits (medical,life insurance, 401k etc.) They also like to promote within the company so there is always opportunities for advancement. Operating hours are 8:30am-7pm and there are different 8 hour shifts to chose from. Closed weekends and all major holidays. It’s a customer service call center that focuses on helping it’s members save money on their medical exams. I personally love my job and knowing we are truly helping people. The management is great and ensures all employees are recognized for their hard work. I really enjoy working with people who all work as a team and are always willing to help each other succeed. It’s one of the best company’s I’ve worked for.
I love working here. They pay well and are a great up and coming company. Alka and Tom the hiring managers are really nice and down to earth. Rick the training manager knows his stuff and makes learning easy and fun. Plus free pizza on Mondays and Jeans on Fridays. :0) *Happy Employee*
