These guys are the best - super quick, friendly, and reliable. You can upload your documents to their website and they'll email you within minutes requesting instructions. Give them complicated instructions and they don't seem to break a sweat.
We had a complex print job for an exhibition--we had lots of back and forth and short deadlines--and VC totally came through, and gave us beautiful materials and great service. We would definitely use this place again for anything similar, and I like very much the non-chain atmosphere. Very helpful front desk people, too.

I think it is professional, offering the kind of binding I wanted. The staff there is kind and efficient. Others say it's expensive, I think the price is acceptable. The binding was 2.75 and the cover was 4 before tax.
