this is my second appt with Dr Sobel and I was very happy she took all the time needed to discuss whatever issues I had, and the staff was terrific. My only complaint is with the back end of the office- getting results- and trying to reach someone who can help- you can only leave a message and then hope that you will get a call back the same day. the portal is fine, up to a point, but cannot give you answers- obviously-
