The center offers great customer service and warm welcoming than other workforce 1 centers I have visited before. I came to acquire information on the free training programs and the gentlemen in the front Jonathan was very sincere and professional. He broke down each program and the qualifications that was needed. I definitely left the center on a better note than when I came in. You guys are awesome!!

ZERO STARS. AVOID THIS PLACE. I arrived at 12:15 p.m for what I thought was a 12:30 p.m. recruiting event. I was told that everyone was out to lunch and to have a seat. I said o problem\ and took a seat, but when no one had called my name over an hour later, I walked to the front desk and politely asked \Did you forget about me?\ The person at the desk rudely replied \I haven't even had lunch yet.\ She then walked away. When I finally saw someone, more than 2 hours later, they apologized for the ridiculously long wait. The person claimed to be overwhelmed and overworked, but the office was practically empty the entire time that I was there!!! AVOID THE WASHINGTON HEIGHTS WORKFORCE. YOU WILL HAVE A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE AT ANY OF THE OTHER WORKFORCES IN THE CITY.

I got scheduled for an appointment at 9:30 am and I got there at 8:30 am to see if they would take me in early since I had another place to go and when I got there the front desk say , we don't open until 9 am but there site say they open at 8:30 am. So, I waited there until they opened, the the front desk saying you would have to wait until 10:30 and I would interview you at 10:45 am but I decided to leave Seriously they made wait 30 minutes next they were trying to make wait 2 hours and 15 minutes on top of 30 minutes wait, . I told front I had another place to go but he just asked to choose between which one and I ended up leaving. First time visit worse place ever.
