We happened upon this dog park while exploring the area. We had our pup with us so we decided to give it a try. Its a small but modest dog park with two sections, one for small dogs and one for large. It wasn't too crowded in the small dog area but the large dog area did seem like there were twice as many dogs. But I will say it seemed like most of the dogs got along and played and there were no major issues. Owners seemed to stay aware of their dogs and separated any dogs that may have gotten rough. We had a good time. Nice benches to sit on to enjoy the day. I liked that the park ground was laid with gravel. It actually prevented my dog from getting dirty or muddy (I noticed especially when we went to clean his feet). The dog parks around me are all grass and get muddy after it rains. I liked this type of material they used for the ground.

Nice and big dog run for the big dogs and a smaller run for the little ones. No water, so bring your own. Loose sand cover on ground. What's great is the slatted benches built around the tree and along the fencing for humans to relax. Loads of trees and should be super shady in summer (when the leaves are back). Some of the fencing is only about 4 ft high which is a shame since squirrels love to play in the garden right next to the dog run. I have whippets and they can easily clear the fence without hesitation if they saw a squirrel. There isn't any other doggie play stuff or obstacles (no splash pool or hose) except a few old and dirty tennis balls. It was a satisfactory experience. 3 stars

This large dog run is great for socializing and exercising your pup's! They have a smaller partition for small dogs and usually there is a water hose access (not during freezing months).

Always a great place to bring your pooch, though you always need to be on the lookout for aggressive dogs and/or owners who are not watching their dog's behavior. I prefer the little dog run, which is safer for small dogs.

Nice dog run with good seats. Could use better lighting at night.
