I usually don’t give reviews but I am really really upset with what happened today! Last week I purchased few earrings online and I picked up from store. I don’t know who packaged my items but 3 earrings were damaged to be very precise the shell of the earrings were broken now it is a common sense no one will open the entire package at store and check the items one by one so when I reached home I realized 3 of the earrings were damaged and when I showed them they said the earrings had to be in original packaging just the way you bought unfortunately I was not carrying the packet they gave me earrings in because of course without opening I would not have got to know So I suggested them that I can buy same earrings again and give the new packet to them so that they can use that but they said no! I can understand you have your return policies but just imagine I was ready to take the same new earrings without packaging so that you people can use it! It was that simple! The owner was not even kind enough to talk to me or give any solution then another lady said we can’t take it and then she asked another staff to handle and then he also said the same thing! I buy every single week from your company and spend 1000s of dollars and in 2 years this was my first return as your staff didn’t check the earrings properly before giving them to me!! It really feels so bad when just for few dollars customers are being taken for granted! I love the staff they are very hard working but sometimes you just have to make some exceptions keeping in mind other person’s situation specially when it’s your staff’s mistake that they didn’t check the items before packing!!!
