Did an earbud purchase from NBC Today Show Steals and Deals. Product took a month but I understand. One earbud never worked. The other my wife didn't want. I asked for a refund authorization. First I was told to contact the store where I purchased. The items came directly from the NJ office. Then I was told to cony the Today Show. They do not seem to stand behind their products. We out our money.

I ordered a watch Gray color and they sent me the White one. I returned it to exchange it for the color I wanted, THEY SENT ME THE WHITE COLOR AGAIN! Stay away from this seller
