Great taro bun! So reasonably priced

Ordered food at 220 am because I was sick and needed soup. Order came almost two hours later. Food was stone cold. Asked for a refund and they said they wanted the food back. Said they'd be twenty minutes. It's not almost an hour later and they're just picking up the phone and hanging up on me.
Friendly service, reasonable prices, cakes and bums are delicious, located on lower manhattan.
