The ring my fiance wanted was no longer available, Mrs. Nancy who is also the manager had notified her boss to see if he could pull his connections in getting the ring. After spending about 2 hours in Zales on 5th avenue, the ring was found. The Customer Service Mrs. Nancy gave us was impeccable you do not see such diligence any more she went way beyond the call of duty. So if you lovers out there are looking for great customer service in the Jewelry department go to Zales on 5th. Thank you Nancy.

My boyfriend and I went ring shopping together at the Zales on 5th avenue. Moon was very helpful. I would give this place more stars if I could. She was patient, detailed and helped us find our perfect rings (even matched). I enjoyed the variety they have on display because it allows us to see our options before making a big decision. Definitely recommend this place.
Came in to return my online order. On the way to exit I've noticed a nice set I wanted to look at. A gentleman assisted me. Suddenly another assistant told him something like 'she came to return online order' (why to tell it?). The very next moment he took the set from my hands back under the glass. What was that? Such a weird and strange experience. Will never come back. Poor thing, it happened right before Valentine's day :( Very bad feeling and disappointment.
