UNBELIEVABLE!!!. When I bought my ticket, there were plenty of seats available. I picked a WINDOW. When I checked in, didn't show a seat selection. The staff gave me an isle seat, right away I told them that it was a mistake. -SORRY ITS A FULL FLIGHT. That was their answer. THANKS A LOT AA. you just lost one more customer.

If you're going to keep a schedule that is light on direct flights and therefore force customers to rely on connecting flights, make it so that we don't have to sprint through the airport to make our connection. We were going from EWR (Newark) to CLT (Charlotte) and everything was going on schedule. We had a connecting flight scheduled from CLT (Charlotte) to NAS (Nassau). We were supposed to have an hour and fifteen minutes in between flights. Once we got onto the runway, the pilot told us that we have a delay due to \flow control\. We kept getting told that we had to wait longer. We left 45 minutes after our original time. We had to be at Nassau TODAY or else we would miss the whole reason for going to Nassau. That means that we will be going back home, even though our luggage was going to Nassau and we're trapped in CLT (Charlotte). We ended up landing exactly when boarding started for our NEXT FLIGHT. It took about 10 minutes to get off the plane. When we finally got off the plane, we needed to get to Gate D, a 10 minute walk. We ended up a little lucky because when we arrived, they were boarding Group 2 and we were Group 7. Your Connecting flights are too stressful. We were stressed now knowing if we would make it to our destination.

I RATHER LIKED THE EXPERIENCE. IT WAS SHORT AND SWEET. WAS ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP QUICKLY AS WELL BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF ANNOYANCES.
