Had the pleasure of dealing with Berry Refrigeration last week regarding a commercial grade ice machine that is about 5 years old. After contacting several companies downstate that informed me they only service commercial sites, we found this company who would service a commercial ice machine in a private residence. They told me it would take a couple days to schedule as they weren't always down our way and would have to schedule us when they had other work down state. Was pleasantly surprised when they called back in just a couple of days to schedule for the following week. Service time was not a 4 hour window, but an exact time and guess what, they were on-time to the minute. Have you ever had Verizon or Comcast show up on-time? They usually show up 2 hours after the four hour window has ended that they scheduled. Anyway, the guy that came out was Tony. Extremely courteous and professional. It's only been a week, but the ice machine is working great and I found their service rate to be very reasonable. Would recommend Berry Refrigeration to any of my friends. Do not hesitate to give them a call.
