I stayed at their residences for a couple of months and I had a good experience overall. The house was very clean and their staff made my move-in process smooth, they are super friendly. Everything can be done through their portal which makes things so much easier. I'd definitely recommend it, so much better than the other options around the area!

You want a perfect example of who this company is? They even lie about their address so that residents can't find them when they want to make complaints. They are listed as 211 Warren Street when their real address is actually 107 Lock Street (2nd floor). Ask yourselves do you REALLY want to deal with a company like that? Most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. Not just leasing company, but company PERIOD. It is not worth the headache. If you see a cheap apartment, its cheap for a reason, because even they themselves know how terrible they are.

UPDATE: Correction, they are Attentive and Responsive for the GREED of money. Concisely, be careful when dealing with this company because they are not Genuine in their motive. This is a battle not worth fighting or taking you to court. I have enough to deal with academics and hopefully the experience of others will expose your hidden scam tactics. If you choose to response, respond by replying to my emails that Capstone Management continues to ignore. Withholding my money makes your company look shady and makes me feel sorry for Capstone. It's all yours . Capstone is truly taking advantage of their housing accommodations, and it's quite sad. BTW no 5 star review has any "thumbs up"! think about that! Overall, the personal experience I've had with Capstone Elite has been highly professional, attentive and responsive. There willingness to improve their properties by addressing residents demands and requests has demonstrated a finer alternative for student housing. Highly recommend prospects to consider Capstone Elite property in search for housing. Giving the lack of graduate housing near certain colleges and universities,Capstone continues to improve and accommodate young professionals and students in developing better living conditions.

Capstone Elite has been one of the best parts of my graduate school experience in Newark. Not only did I meet the greatest roommate but they made me feel really welcome at all times. They always try their level best to address our needs and the maintenance staff has been extremely receptive. My apartment is very spacious and was recently renovated. The management has done a wonderful job trying to maintain a great rapport with us. I appreciate the monthly cleaning service that is offered via Capstone since as a student, I have very little free time let alone time to clean so Capstone took a big weight off my shoulders. They are always looking to improve and take your suggestions into consideration. I would definitely recommend Capstone to anyone looking to find an apartment!

I was accepted into the program at Rutgers Newark last minute and needed to find a unit ASAP. Calling Capstone and speaking with Nate really saved me. Even when I was unsure about my desicion Nate was extremely accommodating and made the process very clear. He explained all the details and answered all of mine and my father’s questions before I signed any documents. He ensured that I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision which I greatly appreciate. Thus far I have had a very good experience with Capstone and that is all thanks to Nate. He is a great asset to this company!
