Great place for shoe repair and shines...

Took 3 pairs of boots for lifts and was told the cost would be 135. Then was told he would do it for 100. I took the same 3 pairs of boots to Ben Coe Avenue in Hillside same job lifts on 3 pairs if boots 30.00 I called back just to ask them why are they charging so much she got rude
One star for location! Customer Service is lacking decency and effective communication, appraoched the receptionist and spoke to her twice saying hello and she did not acknowledge or speak to customer. The owner lacks effective customer service skills and countiuned to speak loudy towards customer complaint. Brought shoes in for repair last month costing 35 intially, two weeks later the heel was detached and paid an additional 15, a week later the heel is detached again. Went in to explain to owner the disappointment of having to repeatingly repair the shoes and owner denied that the shoe was repaired at his shop. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone who believes they desire quality service!
