Hard to back in to unload but nice place to do delivery in and out in 20mns no time wasted
Unloading was fast, excellent customer care, respectful and diligent.
They open around 06:30. Trucks: Go under the 13'6 overpass on Murray St. Follow Murray all the way, then make a right on Avenue C. Stay on Avenue C ,till you come to Miller st, turn right. Follow miller all the way, till you see the back of E.B. Express Provisions. Turn left, and park to the right on the curb. The docks will be on Vanderpool, the street to your left, in front of the store.
This company has very rude drivers! This morning a driver thought is was okay to unload items by parking in the middle of a busy street in Boston. At least 10 cars were backed up and when we started to beep, the driver decided to give us a gesture with his middle finger. When I called the company to complain, they said, \we pay taxes too\ and hung up on me. Not professional. As a small business owner, we will never use this company and I will tell all of our neighbors!
