I would give this zero stars if it was possible. Horrible customer service, trying to get in touch with them is near impossible. They prevented me from getting a refinance loan and when I was able to actually get in touch with a live person from customer service they were rude, and not helpful at all. She stated that they can not help with the situation that was their fault. I wish Experian could be help accountable but as always with big companies like this they never are. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Almost took an act of congress for me to have a fraud alert removed with Experian. Upon completion of said accomplishment, I received from Experian countless, unnecessary, emails. The other two credit agencies were far more efficient and humane, especially trans-union. Will steer clear of Experian in the future.

Tried to freeze my credit. The other two were a breeze. These jokers, after I filled out the Info said I had to send a certified letter to freeze my credit... an actual letter !? Welcome to 2020
One hour and 8 minutes waiting for a customer service rep to pick up the phone. I used their website to remove a security block that impeded a credit app. Tried the application three days later. Bank said Experian had a security block on it. Went to website to remove block it said there was no block. Only a rep can help me now. So hear I sit over an hour with a near perfect credit score with no marks against it and can't buy a new cell phone at a great price. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
