I had been putting off returning my cans for months because I dreaded how long it would take... but I was pleasantly surprised! The young woman named Cassie was super fast, and she was very friendly to talk to as well. I specifically asked for her name so I could leave this review, because as a business owner myself, I know good help is hard to find!

I usually take my cans/bottles to Tops or Wegmans because I'm not the biggest fan of taking them anywhere and dealing with people. However might have changed my mind after coming here, pleasantly surprised to find customer service isn't dead yet -- was helped by a very sweet young lady named casi. very polite and helpful - she is an asset to your company - will come back for sure
met by employee young blonde haired girl stating she had count too many returns today and would not process any big orders... when I asked how many bags she will process she proceeded to tell me how she did not like my attitude... she said she would process 2 bags... the people behind me said they had 3 and she agreed to process their 3 bags.. I have never been so rudly greeted by a person in customer service with such a bad attitude before. she should be fired on the spot if the owner was present.... feel free to contact me if you would like more details if you r the owner...
Located on a medium traffic road but pretty easy in/out. Went on a Monday afternoon at 2:30pm. Only one other person there. Pleasant young lady sorted bottles/cans. First time there. Will go again.
