ZERO STARS The worst service I have ever received. NEVER EVER use flighcar. I showed up at the airport, and there was no car for me. I didn't receive and email informing me of that before I landed, or ever. I was taken back to the airport where I had to rent a car from a rental agency. And..my Card was charged twice. It's been almost two weeks, and I still have not received my money back. And the people I get on the phone at Flightcar tell me there is no supervisor, or manager in the office that can help me. Beyond unreliable.
Fraud company.. I took a rental car from flightcar, Newark,NJ airport. On the day i returned, Local supervisor inspected the car and cleared it.. surprisingly 20 days after returned the car they charged 300 on my card without my consent claiming some scratch on the car.. Which was completely ridiculous..I disputed the charges and claim contacted them through mail but no reply.. Moreover biggest fraud is , the damage photo of car they shared was fabricated..
I rented a car from this location and the place wasn't even open and believe me, the neighborhood isn't a place where you would want to be wandering around at .
