on Dec.5th 2020.. I purchased a TV..SOUNDBAR..AND SPEAKERS and have been Patiently waiting for them to install. I was scheduled 3 appointments ..TWICE THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! Today was the 3rd appointment and STILL MY TV SITS IN THE BOX! Patrick from the geek squad came and left without saying he was leaving or that he wasn't mounting the TV!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

This people make me wait for a appointment 6 weeks to fix my tv at home and when they get here without even touching the tv they want to make me buy the geek squat warranty and make another appointment to diagnose the tv and see if they can repaired which don’t make sense to me because I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for nothing Bs don’t call them.
This store I never really had any issues with and has always worked with me on returns , figuring out connection layouts, and finding what I need as obscure of products I search for since I do Livestream entertainment. Some employees (2 or 3) lack knowledge on computers, television hardware, item locations (despite that being their department) they're trying to do there job. Help in any manner they can which is understandable
About as useless as a plastic bag.
