I was very impressed with Ken and his staff at the Malvern Street facility. The facility was well organized to accept various recycled materials. Ken's knowledge of metals, recycling and their markets is spot on. He gave me an informative plant tour and guided me through the process of recycling lead batteries. When in doubt...don't just throw it out...give Ken a call, it might be recyclable! Alex S.

H&C Metals is an outstanding company. I called them to E-cycle my two large outdated televisions. Even though the facility could not accept these items due to mercury, they directed me to where I needed to go. Prior to calling them, no one could help me. I appreciate Ken and his staff. He was extremely professional and helpful! They provided me with excellent customer service and they cared about my issue.
I called to see if they would do a residential pick up, and I wanted to write a positive review about their stellar customer service. Although they were not able to help me in my specific situation, Ken gave me fantastic, realistic advice on what i should do, and also, recommended people who would be able to help me. I expect most companies to just flat out give me a o\ and hang up, but just from one simple phone conversation, i could tell that they really care about their customer service, and I think it's worth praising in a review.
H&C Metals was a pleasure to work with. Ken at the office provided some of the best customer service and sales support I have ever encountered. We needed 2 containers to be picked up and scrapped and he helped to coordinate every aspect of it with utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend Ken and the entire company.
