This is the worst customer service I have ever received. When you have an issue no one has an answer and you have to wait days for a callback. My machine was shut down after they said that it wasn’t going to be causing me to lose revenue on a weekend.

You are not getting a POS, you are getting a Cash Register with a fancy screen. Trust me, after 3 years i should know. Getting worse by the minute. Don't do it. I have 3 POS from this company, their service is the worst i have seen. First we agree they will take out the monthly service fee from my Boss Revolution account, now they want a ACH. Don't call for service, unless you are wiling to deal with incompetent technicians. 05-26-2020 - My 3 POS are showing different prices for the same UPC. Frustrating.. 05-28-2020 - Still waiting for the technical dept. to call me back... 05-29-2020 - Still waiting.... 05-30-2020 - We can not help you. Our servers are down.. 06-02-2020 - I call back today and the technician instructed me to change the price individually in each terminal. For real? They just got my monthly payment and I can not trust this POS to run my business! Frustrating... 06-03-2020 - Finally, they resolved the problem. Let's hope, if there is a next time, they will act accordingly. 06-19-2020 - Two years after and now they want me to pay extra for this basic service. Now is a Premium Access. Getting worse by the day.

I own a dollar store and I chose NRS POS after considering other POS. NRS POS provides alot of features and i find the app very useful. However, I agree with others about Company having not good customer service. Here are things I find annoying most of the time. 1) I don't think they have enough people working in customer service center. You have to call at least 3-5 times to get connected 2) They don't work after certain hours and also not on the weekend. 3) Maybe once everyweek, the App is down. This could be due to the update that they are making or technical issues. The users are never informed about this. So person like me who is using the app useful, I really get annoyed because customer center is closed and the app is not just working. If app is down in the evening, you need to wait until the next day. 4) They have different departments. Technical, sales, operation(?). Its always the case that one department would say something that is confirmed to be wrong by the other department. If none of the department can provide answers than you just have to figure it out on your own or don't think about getting it solved. 5) They charge service fee every month and I agree that they provide good features but their customer service is not that great. * Their sales person is great. I got my POS through Luis Menegazzo. He is very helpful and he seems to know alot about the machine and the features.
