I have purchased three carpet binders in the 15 years I have been in the binding business. The last two from NC and have never had any issues that they didn’t take care of. They always help me if I have questions on timing or why my machine wasn’t performing up to par. Usually it’s something that I did and they get me right back on track and in business again. From the moment I made contact the guys at NC have been awesome. Mal was my contact and any he was incredibly helpful. We're based in Ireland so needed to make sure the machine we were buying was the correct one. Mal guided us and even posted videos of it working with our very own tapes. 5 star review definitely deserved. Machine is arriving tomorrow and I can't wait. I'll be recommending NC to anyone looking a machine. The machine arrived today. (2017 millennium) It is exactly as discribed. The first piece of carpet I tried was one that constantly gave us issues with our old machine. Not this time, it breezed through it. So a very very happy customer.
