how can you charge a elderly man 84.00 and some odd cents for his 20 per cent co-pay when you havent even billed medicare yet and the items were not even ordered yet. should medicare know about this practice

Terrible company. Was placed in their care to purchase a standing frame through my center of rehabilitation. I repeatedly told them that the equipment was not to be purchased unless 100% of the cost would be covered by insurance due to lack of funds. I was assured before delivery that everything was covered, then left with a 1,500 bill. After contacting the representatives 3 separate times, they each time they said they would make sure it gets written off. Now, they are refusing to write off the bill and I am required to submit paperwork stating financial hardship or be sent to a collections agency. Update: After submitting paperwork stating financial hardship, it was denied by management saying that it needed to be filled out before delivery of the equipment. As it turns out, according to my insurance, the company billed the denied pieces as miscellaneous and without the supporting documentation from my physician. From the appearance, Numotion did this knowing it would be denied so that instead of getting paid for the equipment at a discounted rate from my insurance, they could charge me full price. Not acceptable. Do not work with this scam of a company.

Numotion equals insurance fraud! You can complain to the BBB Better Business Bureau and also get in contact with your social worker through your insurance. It’s only a matter of time before this place inplodes! They will give you something you do not want so call the state of Delaware, Ombudsman, community legal etc.

Love these people! When I got my last chair from them, if any adjustments needed to be made, they kept working on it until everything was just right! Would recommend them to everyone who needs a chair or scooter.
