I had some minor issues with the tech, I left a not so great review, the manager gave me a call to address my concerns, long story short he did everything he could to fix the problem that I has... i respect business that admit their wrong doings and correct the problems

I recently had a difficult experience at the Hyundai service center and the manager, Mike went above and beyond to make it up to me. He called and emailed me to follow up on my concerns. I really appreciate that Mike took the time out of his day to contact me. I want to continue servicing my vehicle at Porter and working with people like Mike will ensure that I remain a customer. I purchased my car about 5 months ago Crissy was amazing!! I started my car search at a different Hyundai location, and they gave me a quote that was insanely overpriced. I was told by friends to go to porter Hyundai, and to contact Crissy. She was not only incredibly kind and helpful, but she gave me a price I felt totally comfortable with on the same car as the previous dealership! Not only do I love my car even more every day, but I truly appreciate the time and effort from Crissy.

I planned on searching several car dealers in search of my new car. My old car was going on 10 years old with over 130,000 miles, but still going strong. I have a long daily commute, though, so we thought it was time to replace \old reliable.\ I searched websites, drove by dealers and came up with a plan. My first stop was Porter, and Wayne S was happy to give me the low down on the Sante Fe. In the same visit, he showed me the price with discounts, rebates and my trade in and let me take the car home overnight (it fit in the garage!) I looked at 2 other dealers and was back at Porter shortly thereafter. So far, I couldn't be happier with my 2020 Sante Fe, thankful for a great experience.
