Rejuve Day Spa is very professional with their services! I go there for almost everything, from hair services to waxing, as they got it all! I am most especially impressed with their hair styling services. They do a great job in a timely manner and accommodate your needs. Staff are also very nice. Great experience, was able to get same day appt (thank you Fernando) for eyebrows and brazilian...many thanks Nena and Karina!! I received COVID questionnaire prior to arrival, which saves time on check-in. My temp was checked upon arrival. The wait time after check in was less than 3 minutes. I will def return to Rejuve for my waxing.
The ambiance of the place is very nice. My girlfriend and I did a couple's massage. But there was a hidden fee in their price. I was quoted 165 & the cashier tried to charge me 185. I told her that's wrong. Then I also told her their website also says 165. I'm from California and I get massages often. I have never been charged taxes, but I was taxed. Not sure if that is common in New Jersey. I also live in Florida & they don't tax the either on massages. My girlfriend wanted a facial & when we were done she asked for her facial and they said she couldn't get it. They said we sent the person home. That was very disappointing. The massage therapist seemed to be new or inexperienced because I felt like someone was rubbing my body instead of giving me a massage. My three year nephew gives better massages. We spent about 20 minutes waiting around, being wasted. When I was telling the receptionist about the discrepancies she seemed to be annoyed. Then she started talking to her friend in Spanish saying stuff about my girlfriend & I thinking we didn't understand. I'm sorry, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. The jacuzzi was supposed to be served with Chocolates, grapes & wine. We got 99 cent store crackers, crushed up granola & wine. The wine taste good but everything else was saddening!
