Colin is extremely helpful and gets me the information I need quickly. I order volume custom hats for from Unionwear for our customers and they always make quality product. Never had an issue.
I was really looking forward to doing business with Unionwear and having my product for my company made by them. Since requesting a quote I have talked to one person via email 3 times in the span of a month. None of those times did Unionwear mention my product or give me any sort of quote, despite me handing over the details of my product. I reached out to make sure they were receiving my emails and Unionwear still has not responded. The lack of communication is utterly unprofessional. In fact, this is the only manufacturer I reached out to that has taken it upon themselves to seemingly completely disregard a potential customer. Having good communication between a business and a client/customer is so easy and yet so crucial to a companies success and image. Unionwear does not seem to care about its image or acquiring and retaining customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. What an unprofessional company. I do not recommend this manufacturer.
