I got a little loose with my tractor and spliced right through the propane line leading into the house; bad move. Not only did we lose all appliances and hot water, I had to deal with my hysterical wife, who thought everyone was going to blow up in the house! Anyways, Crystal Flash sent out a technician (wish I remembered his name) asap and got the problem resolved in no time. He also took the time to educate me on how the whole propane system works throughout the home. Good info for the next time I splice through the line...

Go with any other company if you don't want to get ripped off, price per gallon is .40 plus cents a GALLON more than the 8 different companies within 70 miles (a company 50 miles away was .55 cents a gallon cheaper) that's what you get for being a loyal customer.
