They were thorough and communicative during the process of replacing the axle on my mother in law's '99 3horse trailer. They charged very reasonably and completed the work quickly and with an excellent eye for detail. We've already recommended them to friends for their trailer work needs.

Bought our trailer from Gary here years ago. Now Ashley and her team always take great care of it. Like supporting the small business instead of the big guys.

We brought our trailer in to them about 18 months ago. We did have so rust on the tongue and under the trailer. We paid to have the rust ground off and then painted with a rust resistant product. Today the rust is back so we called them. That asked if we would bring the trailer in so two days later we did. When we arrived they asked why we came and they came out and looked at the trailer. They then said sorry it looks like road debris. So not only did they not stand behind their work they wasted our time, they should have just asked for a picture. They never planned to correct the product. My wife posted a review and here is their response “ I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately the work we did wasn’t failing or the paint wasn’t chipping. The rust appears to be coming from the inside out where the material has already been rusting for years previously. I wish we could have had a full conversation to try to solve your concerns and satisfy your need before you rushed out. I believe all the other work we did 18 months ago was to your satisfaction? I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, we don’t want our clients unsatisfied!“ Once again I’ll point out we paid to have the rust removed then a fresh paint. From her comment about she is admitting they did a poor job removing the rust before repainting. I’m guessing they spent very little time grinding the rust off. Poor quality work and then when you question them on it they get defensive.
