I adore the owners. Like home away from home
It was a great place to stay. It is for sportsmen. It is not glamorous. The owners were very hospitable.
Great place to stay for snowmobiling, been coming up here for years. Nothing fancy but clean rooms and also two kitchenette suites. Right on the trail and next to Pine Stump Junction
Right near the trail,gas,food,and bar makes a great jump off point for all members of your group.
Jeff and hazel are the most amazing people ! They treat you better then family! I can't wait till the Lewis clan can make our trip next year ! Who has for fun then we do ??? I miss you guys already!! Xoxo
Had a side by side scheduled to be rented, after driving 6 hours to get up here I went there to pick up the rental on the day and time it was supposed to be received. When I got there owner told me it's been broken down for a few days but never called to let me know. Then told me "thanks for stopping by" before I left.
We will never stay here again.. this is not a family friendly place the owner is an alcoholic we didn’t have much contact with him but just calling to get our room key after already paying a week in advance he was extremely hostile on the phone and so intoxicated we could barely understand him.. every local including the DNR officials we encountered on the trails warned us about him.. the location is amazing for the trail head but I would recommend staying in the pine stump cabins 600ft up the road..
