This is a 5 star review start to finish. I purchased a beautiful new horse trailer from this family owned company, the entire process was superb. the sales dept kept in touch with me regularly with updates while the trailer was in production. the costumer service is amazing. this is a high recommend. and as a new owner I had to call a few times just to ask questions, they never failed in taking my calls and staying on the phone to educate me on some of the things I had asked about.The Crossroads family are professional, have good integrity and proud of their business which reflects in the way I was cared for during the entire process and afterward as well , I just wanted to thank them in public.. they certainly deserve it.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Crossroads. Bought my horse trailer there and they made sure I knew everything about the trailer, took care of any extras I needed and gave us an excellent deal. Don't buy a trailer of any kind until you at least talk to the people here.
This is in response to Doug Leash's review of Crossroads. Our situation has been completely RECTIFIED and I am publicly saying that they did honor the prices that were given and going ABOVE and BEYOND to get us our camper before our trip!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your RV and Trailer needs! This is the second camper we are buying from them and we could not be HAPPIER!!!
We just purchased our second fifth wheel from crossroads. Dina is an incredible individual that truly cares about you and your family, more than just making a sale. The best part about crossroads is that they are upfront and honest . We were given incredible deals on both campers we purchased from here. They have made it possible for our family to create great memories camping. I would recommend crossroads to anyone looking to be treated fairly .
