I get some of my healthcare at this top notch facility. Everyone from information desk to the doctor are the best at what they do. They are truly here for veterans needs and it shows in the care one gets.

From comp pens to just primary care appts. Anytime I hear “ok ill add that your chart” or ill “put in a request for a consult”. Everything seems to magically disappear from my chart or no one is actually doing there job. Now they wont let me make an appt until my transfer goes through because I moved. Guess what its been a year since I put a transfer in. I call and they say the same thing “a coordinator will reach out to you to go over your transfer”. Its a shame this is our system for us veterans.

Can't get better care. Staff is wonderful. They all care. Once information is entered by one Doctor who may find an underlying issue, they call the next day for an appointment. Nothing is overlooked. They care about your overall health. I am one happy Veteran.
