I had flown in a from LA with a thermal printer for my mom's e-commerce setup, but nothing I tried made the printer work at all, even though I had done it before on another computer. Mark Smith fixed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure the little labels were completely aligned. I will go there whenever I have computer issues.
