Terrible, when we first got water connected (at 11 am) they took all day to get there , ended up calling up there at 7 pm to find out what was going on. The apologized and got somebody out there . No big deal accidents happen . But me and my wife where out with Covid In January, we had to work two weeks to get a pay check so keep in mind we went 4 weeks without getting paid . I call up there to see what could we do about this issue because Covid was out of our hands . They offered no help and we have no way of paying bill . So now just wait untill water gets cut off and hope we come up with the money . Thanks guys for your excellent customer service !

If I could give this company a negative reviews it would get it.This company turned my neighbors water off for 3 not 30 but 3 dollars and charged her a 40 reconnect fee. This company is pitiful.

Here to add to the already terrible reviews. Water was turned off because of my own error, so I quickly paid the bill and they came and turned it back on this morning, along with instantly turning it back off because of a supposed leak. My husband watched the tech pull up in our driveway, go to the meter, and go directly back into his car and drive away. We instantly called customer service who then got in contact with the tech who said he tried to knock on our door to let us know about the leak and no one answered. He never knocked on the door at all. I told customer service that I wanted a manager to call me back so I can lodge a formal complaint against the tech for obviously lying. Just got off the phone with said manager who essentially called us liars, because the tech told him that he came up to our door and knocked, saw us in the window, and we didn't answer so he left. Also told us that he wasn't there to see what happened so he doesn't know who's telling the truth. He then apologized for any inconvenience and I told him the largest inconvenience was his tech lying. He repeated that he wasn't there so he didn't know who was telling the truth. The second inconvenience was this manager calling us liars. The customer service agents I spoke with were amazing and helpful. It's a shame their own manager can't follow in their footsteps.

Recently moving into a home as a renter I've experienced major water loss. The customer service representatives who assisted me were incredibly helpful and patient. Being in the service industry myself, I greatly appreciate those who put forth a little extra... Kindness and care. Thank you!
