I called to get an estimate for replacing the chimney cap and I have the new one to replace it. But she said they need the make and model of the fireplace to be able to do anything. The chimney cap is located on the top of the chimney and has nothing to do with the fireplace itself. So I guess they don’t want my money. How do places like this stay in business?

Locally owned & operated. We went to the showroom to checkout gas logs. They have a good variety, and we're able to answer all our questions. We went in to view, but we're so impressed we went ahead and purchased. The installation technician was nice, did a great install, and cleaned up all the boxes. Highly recommended!
