Unprofessional. Quoted 350, wrote up 375 after work was completed. Tacked on 125 because they had to “break it up” when I looked to see this was definitely not the case. The guy was acting like he was struggling to break it up in front of me. Tried to sell me an old used filter that came off another job for 125 then said I just needed a new one for 225. This was on top of them asking to use my water hose, hammers, screw drivers and hacksaws. When I didn’t have any of it to supply them, he said “man, you’re killing me. Making my job harder.” If I would have fell into the trap my 350 quote would have went to 700. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

This is a dishonest bait and switch business. Quoted 350 to pump septic tank, left bill for 625. Mitchell added over 100 for minor rinse of the filer and the same to root a few feet of inlet drain. Stay far away from these schemers. Very unprofessional
