Very knowledgeable..when I called them on the phone and told him my problem one of the first thing he said was it's no charge just to test it.. I had no problem with him charging me..but I knew then and there he was going to be honest with me and not just take my motor and charge me for something I didn't need..i drove 1hr to go see them..
I have used Richmond electric for years and have never had a bad experience. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Lovely mom and pop shop that probably won't be around much longer but good golly if you need an electric motor reqound or worked on this ole fella knows his stuff!!
