We have 3 pool places 20 minutes from us, however we drive 45 minutes to sunrise. He's the most honest, reliable person you will ever deal with. I don't search online for ANYTHING when it comes to our pool, I just ask the best in the business!

Jason is an expert and customer service is so important to him. I called a few other major pool suppliers for a part. They said they didn't have it, but I could buy the entire assembly for 100.00 which includes the part I need. Niiiiice. I remembered a pool supply shop down the street, didn't even remember the name but found it on Google. I called. Jason answered and said he didn't have the part, but he had the part on another replacement piece. He said he would remove it and sell me just the piece I needed! I was blown away. In today's world, everyone tells you everything they can't do. It was nice to have someone there who tells you what they CAN do. It saved me tons of money just to buy the one piece instead of an entire part I didn't need. Money is really tight right now, so as you can imagine, it really meant a lot to me. Very trustworthy and customer service orientated. A Customer for life now!!!!
Jason ran tests on the water in our backyard and was able to determine that the standing water was from a pool. He was nice, knowledgeable, prompt, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Sonrise Pools!
