Kathy does an excellent job on taxes. Unfortunately she has an extremely rude employee . I have a legitimate ESA dog( very small and in arms) he said they don't allow pets. I tried to explain an ESA animal to him but all he wanted was to humillliate me by continuously asking the service dog question. I was completely willing to leave but didn't expect to be treated like a liar. My doctor letter was not purchased on the internet. He could have been kind as he has no idea what is happening in my life. They also have a cat in the store so his lack of respect was not due to allergies.
