Her years of experience and expertise result in innovative, creative, dynamic, fun workouts. She encourages clients to try new ways of moving in strength, mobility and vitality. She is at the top of her industry and will have you feeling energized and motivated!! All levels will benefit from her programs and great sense of humor

Training in Pilates and Yoga with Tracy has helped to make me feel better and healthier. She has vastly improved my flexibility. She carefully observed where I was when I first started and she continuously evaluates and makes modifications. Tracy is knowledgeable about anatomy. She recommends exercises for my muscles that are not as elastic as they once were. I compete in ballroom dancing and she relates workouts to dancing. After class with Tracy, I feel more energetic. She is a professional who clearly is passionate about what she does.

Tracy does an awesome job of keeping her clients feeling young and healthy. She customizes a workout for each client, and varies that workout to keep it interesting. Don't try to hide anything from her--she observes every move you make and will correct you if you don't do it right. And she's a pleasure to be with, whether in the studio or via Zoom.

Tracy is like no other Pilates Instructor you will find. Her vast knowledge of the exercise and body dynamic comes with decades of experience. She is the only person I trust with my injuries and has helped me rehab my injuries without surgery. She can get you fit without the bulk and is known for her clients elongated beautiful muscle structure. She also has years of being a professional dancer and that experience elevated her classes as well. Don’t look anywhere else and waste your money.

I trained under her years ago, and till this day, I count my blessings that I crossed paths with her. She understands the human anatomy and physiology like no one else I have ever known, with such wisdom, and points things out that change the whole game of movement, pure bliss! Honestly, it does not get better than Aline, and anyone who gets to experience Tracy's magic, is one fortunate being!
