Upon arrival you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm banter. The service concierge checks you in, and insures your needs are taken care of. Thanks for being as predictable as the brand.

I have been happy in the past with Bentley NB but this time I was not thrilled. I set up an appointment so I’d have a loaner. I had to wait a few days. But on the day, the car was not available. Then my car was also not fixed because of a part delivery that did not arrive. If I had my loaner this would have been easy. Each day for 2 or 3 days, I was pushed into another day. In the end, I had to wait 5 days including a weekend before I got my car back.
