Dr. Heather Brien has helped me tremendously with my blood clot issues I’ve had with my leg this past year. Lucky for me she took me in as a new patient after a St Joseph Vascular Surgeon (who was located in Orange) didn’t know what to do with my condition and his advice made it worse. I called her explaining my symptoms and she dropped everything to see me right away and sent me to the ER at Hoag straight from her office once she saw the problem. She referred me to additional specialists as needed including the hematologist. She actually cares about her patients and she tries to figure out the underlying causes.
