Had an amazing experience with family. The butterfly exhibit was exceptional. Docents were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the planetarium. Thank you to Austin for helping us retrieve a lost item, in the dark! Would definitely recommend the Academy of Science to others!!!!!

We did a evening dinner cruise through the bay. Private window table, with all the extras I requested. Food was wonderful, and had fun dancing the evening away. We went as a couple, but there appeared to be a lower level more geared for families. You are free to roam around the ship. Great attentive crew. We are from Canada, but will absolutely do this again.
If you are planning a field trip or an activity this is a great place to visit for children or those who are fascinated by nature. I've been here a couple of times, one was during a field trip for school and the other was with some friends. Admission is a bit expensive though, I think there are certain days where admission is free, but those days it will be very busy and a lot of people may block the exhibits. There are lots of exhibits to explore and it is a great learning opportunity as well.
Great museum with a planetarium, penguins, aquarium, rainforest,etc. Great museum for both kids and adults. Make sure you get tickets to the planetarium when you first arrive. We went in the morning and it got progressively more busy throughout the day. Definitely worth a trip!
Awesome experience! Went on a Sunday to try the brunch and cruise. My family got tickets for a special occasion we were celebrating. Really nice and professional staff. Great live music, good bartenders. Great chefs and great Buffet selections. The restrooms were nice and clean as well. Despite many people having the notion that they would be nasty, glad they were wrong. I really recommend this experience for everyone. I heard that there's also a dinner Hornblower cruise, definitely got to try that one some time in the near future.
