I've been going to Dr Judi for over 10 years sporadically. More recently I go in about once a month now. She has helped me so much that I know when it's time to go back in. Last month after my treatment, I complained about having a cortisone shot in my elbow because the orthopedic doctor told me I had tendonitis and it would help. Well unfortunately it didn't. Dr Judi offered a treatment with a laser machine to ease pain and it worked great. I haven't had any pain in my arm at all for over 3 weeks. In the past few months I've been having a massage with Justin and at first I felt very awkward because I had never had a massage before and then with a man to start. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive about finding painful areas and working the knots out of the muscles. I love having a massage now and would really be hard put to give it up.
