Really amazing calorie burn! The music and the instructor were both amazing. Jamie A. definitely has a following of students in the front row of class- they know exactly the arm movement sequences she is going to do right when it happens. Jamie is also very motivating and I loved her energy. One of my favorite workout cycle classes (as a reference, I really enjoy cyclebar). Love their lockers and the fact that they have showers with everything you need! There aren’t many showers, so you will have to wait if it’s busy. A couple of negatives are that they charge for a lot here- the necessary shoes for the bikes are 3 per class to rent and they will charge you 4 for bottled water. Also, it was super hot in the studio without any fans and packed with people. So prepare to sweat more than you might expect. But super fun class and I would come back.
Loved my entire experience at soul cycle. The staff was super friendly in helping me figure out the best package option for someone that was just in town for a week. I had three different instructors with the different styles and it was great. It was my first experience with indoor cycling and it was a blast. Crazy intense workouts if you want them to be and you'll sweat like nobody's business. The music is awesome!
Soul is just on another level when it comes to spin and fitness experiences in general. Everything is on point! Love going here!

The instructors and facility are great! But I’m so used to my community-centered spin studio back home in San Diego that when I come here while I’m in college, the people don’t seem as friendly and motivating.
I am SOLD!! I absolutely love the energy and challenge.
