Lisa from The Shade Store was extremely helpful, solid communication from the minute we spoke and they have great prices compared to their competition. The product arrived in less than 3 weeks and installed in 20 minutes for three windows in our guest house. They look clean and professional in our newly remodeled home in Costa Mesa. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I paid their higher prices which are about 50% more expensive than other places because I was told quality of their work and follow up was great. Neither of these came To be true. I’m very unhappy with the install, measurements were off and all black hardware came damaged. Their own installer told me it was done wrong and that I would receive a call within 48 hours. No one called me. I had to call in 4-5 times and every time I was told I would get a call back and never did. I expressed concern that calls to me were not being made and they promised I would get a call back with a resolution and some compensation. Again no call back and still no resolution. Sales person kept trying to give excuses blaming it on the windows which I measured myself numerous times and cannot be the reason for the big gaps in some of the shades.
