When was the last time you had the good fortune of experiencing such overwhelmingly good customer service, you thought you were suddenly sent back in time to era when folks truly cared and great customer service was the norm? I recently had it with Newport Flavors. Even though I had already ordered their products and found them to be outstanding and superior to what I had been trying, I still needed something much more specific. I worked with a gentlemen named Bill. I can tell you he cares so deeply about this business and his products, that it simply left me impressed. He has a true understanding of what specific needs I am looking for and a willingness to make it happen. Do yourself a favor and enjoy their products and get the customer service that seemingly, no longer exists!
