I am not a fan. Their prescription desk is a Hot Mess. The same woman that tends their prescription line called in my prescription incorrectly to CVS twice. Fortunately for the diligent CVS Pharmacist they caught the errors and saved my life. Very disappointing that Lalonde has such a terrible checks and balance system. They have patients call a message line and leave a message and recording says prescriptions will be refilled in 48 hours. No confirmation calls, no emails, no help. And then they screw up twice. Beware you only have one life ! Dr Lalonde needs to get control and fix....but left 2 messages and no call backs. After they got it wrong twice we gave up and called our other specialist doctor. Prescription was filled immediately. With call backs and confirmations. Professional. Made us realize how bad Dr Lalonde office really is.
