Very clean & well organized store. Great variety of items & had exactly what I went there for. The store associates were pleasant and helpful. Much to my surprise 3 different customers also assisted me & offered much needed info, as I am brand new to painting. I could not believe that in this hustle and bustle hurry up world, 3 complete strangers lended of their time and knowledge!! One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had

Great , has 95% of everything I need for paintings, mixed media wise! Great selection of drawing tools as well.
My first time in this particular Michaels. What a shock! Place looked like they were going out of business. Empty shelves everywhere! Other people coming in even commented! I went in the middle of the day. Saw only 2, yes 2 employees! Needless to say I could not get any assistance as the 2 employees were ringing people out. First and last time I go there. My guess, their days are numbered.
Very messy store and nobody 2 help.. Could not find anything I wanted or looking 4.. Plus hobby-lobby haves way MORE deals AND way MORE 2 look at!
Lots of Halloween stuff, and their selection is extensive. They are hiring, and their need shows. Long line with only 2 registers open (only reason for 4 stars). Both cashiers were very nice, and our experience was good. But 2 of 5 (maybe more?) registers open was not good.
